• No pooled mortgages, one investor to one property at all times – you know where your funds are at all times.
• Interest is paid monthly and at GFS we pride ourselves that across every loan in the book we have never missed an interest payment in 21 years.
• We only use a panel of trusted lawyers and valuer’s with full visibility.
